Fairly nice overall experience. Beautiful place and large room. Magnificent location really close to the restaurant, the Kustur Club Holiday Village and a taxi. Plus, 10 minutes drive from Safa and Marwa Holy Mountains. Lovely and fine food, nice service.

pools, green environment (including the squirrels running around), staff at the reception
late house-keeping services, chaotic situation at the main restaurant, low-quality drinks (except beer), difficult to dine at the speciality restaurants (needs spercial reservation beforehand but generally booked)

Kustur Club was my first experience booking hotel online, and I should say Booked.net fully met my expectations. We are a family with two little kids 4 Y.O. and 3 Y.O., so we looked for some place where kids can enjoy their stay and we can also relax. Besides small zoo with owls, peacocks, pigeons, Kustur had even squirrels living on the territory, so kids enjoyed running after them to feed. Kids animation was good. I should mention plenty of food provided by the hotel all the times, so once we were late for the lunch, which is from 12:00 to 14:00 but open cafe near the pool bar provided food, so that was very kind. Many hotels in Kusadasi don't have sandy beach and direct access to the sea, but Kustur had all of that. And the main thing if you are with kids, the territory was flat with little hills, so you won't get tired while getting to your room after the beach.
Hotel cleanup service could be better, especially in the restaurants. You have to get to restaurant early, so you can get enough dish for your food.

My overall experience was poor...not a five star hptel by any means..3 top. It's dirty and disorganized ..it does not derserve the rating . am 46 and have been travelling since the age of 9 abroad...my comment is valid.
Dirty hotel...poor reception service, silent pool for aldults is noisy ..guest services does not listen to complaints...there are other pools for children they do not administer their programs well.

I keep coming back because it has everything I need like free Wi-Fi, parking, 24-hour reception, swimming pool, game room, and beach access. Staff even helped me find a car service. Plus, for Easter I'm returning to enjoy the spa, fitness center, and water slides.

The rooms at Kustur Club Holiday Village are super cozy and comfortable, making you feel right at home. I loved lounging in the seating area and watching satellite TV after a long day of exploring. The air conditioning was a lifesaver during the hot summer days.
Personally, I wasn't a fan of the carpets in the rooms. But hey, that's just my personal preference.
